First Time Booking?

The first time you call we will get you registered in our system. Information we need includes your name, address, contact information, emergency contact, subsidy eligibility, etc. This information helps us to serve your needs, respond quickly to unforeseen circumstances, and maintain safety for all passengers.

Once you are registered, we will not need to ask for the background information again, unless there are changes.

For local trips, you will need to provide:

  • the specific destination within the Crowsnest Pass,

  • the general purpose of the trip (medical or personal care appointments, shopping, or social),

  • the date and time you wish to be picked up,

  • the time of your appointment (if any), and

  • what stops (if any) you want to make along the way.

For trips to Pincher Creek or Lethbridge you will need to provide:

  • the time and address for your appointment or event,

  • contact information of the place you are going to.

Remember that priority will be given to medical appointments.

Other riders might also have appointments. So please be considerate and be on time.

  • learn more about what matters to you about your travelling,

  • hear about what works well, and

  • understand how we can make further improvements to the service.
